I completed my purchase, but I haven’t received my e-tickets. What should I do?
Check your Inbox, Spam, Junk, and Trash folders for an email with the subject "Reservation Confirmation."
If your purchase was made online and your selected ticket type was digital, log in to www.ticketmaster.cy and navigate to “Transactions” under your account to download your tickets as a .pdf file or save them in your smartphone wallet.
If you still can’t find your tickets, contact customer service at (+357) 22 010191.
