What happens if my event is rescheduled or relocated?

If an event is rescheduled or moved to a different venue, the organizer will inform you whether your tickets remain valid for the new date—no further action will be required on your part.
If you purchased tickets in the form of "Digital Ticket," their barcodes will be canceled, and you will receive a refund.
