RIGHT TO REFUSE ADMISSION
Event partners reserve the right to refuse admission to the venue, or to remove any person from the venue for reasons of public safety and you will not be entitled to a refund (including for crowd surfing or moshing, or failure to comply with any measures put in place to combat the spread of Covid-19), any unacceptable behaviour likely to cause damage, nuisance or injury, or for any breach of the Event Partners´ terms and conditions.
PAYMENT METHODS
For any Product or Service purchased through our website, Ticketmaster CY merely accepts credit cards. The credit card’s charge is completed only after the transaction’s completion. The Ticketmaster CY website has taken all necessary safety measures to secure the transactions made by the use of credit card. In case of charging failure, the order is instantly cancelled.

PRICING ERRORS

ORDER CONFIRMATION
In case you do not receive a confirmation message through a confirmation page after submitting your personal data and completing the payment, or in case of service interruption, or if it appears an error message, it is your responsibility to contact Ticketmaster CY and be informed whether your transaction has been successfully completed or not. Ticketmaster CY will not become responsible for monetary or other loss in case you have assumed that your order was not placed since you did not receive a confirmation of any kind.
PICKING UP YOUR TICKETS
Tickets may be picked up at designated distribution points or at the venue’s box offices. While picking up your tickets you should always keep your Identification ID, passport, driver license, etc. We strongly recommend to be present at these points at least 30' prior to the start of the performance.
TICKET CANCELLATIONS / CHANGES
No cancellations / refunds are allowed after your transaction has been completed.
Changes or transfers of tickets to other scheduled dates of the same event/show/concert are not possible.
If the event is postponed, the tickets are automatically transferred to the new date of the event. The new date and place of the event is determined by the respective producer. Ticket holders, unless exceptionally authorized by the Producer / Promoter, are not entitled to a refund. In the event that the cancellation of a transaction is approved, only the amount corresponding to the face value of the ticket and not the Processing Fees and Transaction Fees will be refunded. This amount refers to the ticketing service that has been provided and pertains to the purchase process and the corresponding price is not refunded.
In case of cancellation of the event, you will receive information about the ticket cancellation procedure. During the refund process, only the amount corresponding to the face value of the ticket is refunded and not the Processing Fees and Transaction Fees. Ticketmaster CY bears no responsibility for tickets that have come from purchases outside its official network and are provided without any guarantee whatsoever for their correctness and accuracy.
Ticketmaster CY is an independent company that provides ticketing services for producers and venues and acts solely as an intermediary between the producer and the ticket buyer. The respective producer is responsible for the conduct of the specific event and its content.
RESPONSIBILITY BOUNDARIES
Ticketmaster CY will not be liable for plausible damages resulted from misdelivered /undelivered orders; in any case, Ticketmaster CY will inform its website users whether there is any availability or not. Nonetheless, Ticketmaster CY will not be held responsible for possible system unavailability nor can guarantee a constant, accurate and without mistakes service provision.
